a Builder Of Your Association-Become a SPIKE In construction, spikes
are essential to shaping our buildings and making them strong. In
building a strong Association, our spikes are priceless!
A
Spike is a member who works to recruit new members, get members
involved and retain members. Anybody can get in the spike program-it's
easy! All you need to do is earn six Spike Credits within two consecutive
membership years. You receive one Spike Credit for each new member
you recruit and a .5 of a Spike Credit when the member renews.
You
must earn two credits per year to maintain your Spike status until
you reach 25 credits and then you become a Life Spike.
We
encourage all of you to get involved in our Membership effort. It
helps keep our Association strong and involved with members and
helps you become more active in your Association. Plan to be a Spike,
